Professional and Business Experience
Sophia holds a broker’s real estate license and is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Northwest Multiple Listing Service. She has been recognized for her sales accomplishments by receiving the President Gold Award for top sales from 2005-2007. And she is involved in a variety of community organizations, including membership in the Rainier Club in Seattle. And to ensure she stays at the top of her profession, she took more than 400 hours of continuing education in real estate in the past five years alone.
In addition to her real estate sales experience, Sophia has an extensive background in business that includes public relations and marketing experience, promoting and advertising political and high level executives. She has experience in putting deals together by performing detailed analytical functions and using the best negotiation techniques. She has the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and delicately in a hectic and fast-paced environment.
Sophia received her college degree in international relations, with an emphasis on international tourism and a minor in Japanese. She also holds a masters degree in political science and has extensive trainings in real estate and computer technologies, genophysics, coaching and relationships. This extensive and varied education, coupled with her business background, has provided her with an unusual understanding of the needs, expectations and cross-cultural diversity of her clients.
