Brazen Sotheby's Bellevue real estate office gained another affiliate through Sotheby's International Realty. Internationally known golfer, Jack Nicklaus, and his partners have just signed an agreement joining The Bear's Club Realty Co. to Sotheby's exclusive brand.

The luxury Seattle real estate market is now networked to yet another prestigious firm, situated in The Bear's Club, a private 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course with a 40,000-square-foot clubhouse, 68 custom estate residences, 17 golf villas and 14 club cottages.
